Resell / trade TOS !!

Please read my rules before you can trade/resell/gift my art to avoid being blacklisted.

General Rules
Please read carefully below !!

✰ You do not need toyhouse to buy from me but you need toyhouse if you ever resell/trade/gift the oc/piece away.✰ Toyhouse required for reselling/trading.✰ Please post your offers on my toyhouse✰ Do not allow vouchers for my art obtained through trades/gift, sorry!

✰ Icons(DPs) I can do text changes for a fee ($7) or I can send you a textless version!

✰ If you've turned one of my premades/adopts into an OC, you must resell/trade the whole OC with it not just my art.✰ If a buyer has a personal TOS, you must exclude my art from it. I do not allow a buyer to revoke when it’s on them for reselling the oc. If you dont want to lose your oc or your oc being used a certain way or renamed, do not resell or trade it or gift it. Please contact me if someone is trying to add their TOS to my art. I will step in and stop it.✰ I do a temp ban from reselling/trading if a person breaks my Cooldown rule as well as advertises before cooldown ends. Or continues to keep breaking my resell/trade TOS so please, please read my TOS so this can be avoided. Temp bans can last anywhere from 3 months min to 1 year or longer depending on severity.

No longer allowing people to state specific artists for trades

The reason is, while many state it without ill intentions, I also see some that do it to be petty after having a disagreement with me. just don't need that around my community anymore. I understand this may inconvenience some of you so my apologies but trying to make it a safe place for my mental health.You can put themes you're interested like, "looking for animated dps, cutesy ocs, horror ocs, boy/girl/non binary ocs, ocs with full body adopts, etc" but you will not be able to put a specific artist anymore when it comes to trades.
The only time you can put specific artist is if you're only looking to do peculiar swaps or Toxiskels! Linking a toyhouse favorites folder though is okay and saying No co owns is okay too!

Cooldowns !!

Please keep in mind about my cooldowns!● Once bought, it's 30 days cooldown for adopts, premades, resells, trades, gifts.● 60 days cooldown for commissions.● 6 months for free raffles (twitch rewards, artfight, free raffle in my server)

Resells !!

Important !!

I reserve the right to question your price if I find things aren't adding up. I may require a lot of proof and screenshots. Having a toyhouse log would speed this up!

Pulling an attitude with me will only make me more suspicious of you so please do not get rude with me and remain respectful so that things can be handled quickly and smoothly. If you end up being extremely rude, I won't hesitate to kick you from my server so lets avoid all of that and work together.

● If you've been gifted/traded a piece, you can NOT resell it as this is wrong. Only trade/gift it.● You MUST DM me if you don't remember the original price.● Vouchers are okay for resells since you paid for it.

● You must sell it at the same price or lower than you bought it for, the only exception to this is if you have additional art you bought for the OC then you may increase the price within reason.

Trades !!

Also applies to gifts/freebies/artfight pieces● Please be respectful with your offers!● May need to send proof of trade with a screenshot.● Do not accept money if you obtained it through trade/gift/freebie/artfight!● If you gift it and the gifter gives it back, it loses value and you lose the rights to resell it regardless if you bought it originally.● Trades/gifts have zero value so do not add a number to it.● Vouchers are not allowed!

● I do allow 3 way trades but I will be watching like a hawk to make sure it's not sus.● If it was a gift/freebie/artfight of your oc, then you will not be allowed to add value to it.

Toxiskel designs !!

● If it's my official design, all rules apply above for Toxiskels.● You do not need an appraisal for my designs or for Guest Artist & MYO designs.● Please follow any rules the artists have on their resell/trade TOS!

● Please confirm with the new owner on the ToxiskelMasterlist @ Toyhouse with the form once you've accepted an offer!● Never edit, claim as your own or modify the official pieces by me or GA artists!

MYO Tickets !!

You can accept money/trade/vouchers/offer art for, etc.● You must link your MYO ticket to accept offers on it. If you can't find it, you can dm me to help you!● For MYO tickets you don't need to be in the server to resell/trade them.

● MYOs have a 14 day cooldown before you can accept offers!● Person must confirm the transfer via the MYO ticket on deviantart. If they have no DA, you can contact me.

Payment Plan for Adopts !!

My terms !!

I will only extend or be flexible for recurrent trusted buyers!If you change your mind on the adopt, you will not be refunded.

If you haven't sent any payments and ignore me, I will blacklist you.
So please be serious before choosing a payment plan!

✰ For $350+, you'll have 4 weeks to pay it off.
Must make weekly payments of a min of $100 or more.✰ For $800+, you'll have 6 weeks to pay it off.
Must make weekly payments of a min of $100 or more.✰ For $1200+, you'll have 2 months to pay it off.
Must make weekly payments of a min of $100 or more.

✰ Payment plan is only available for anything over $350.✰ Down payment of $250 within 24 hours is required to activate payment plan.✰ Bi weekly is accepted, but it'd be double. So if your weekly payment is $100, then it'd be $200 biweekly, etc!✰ You will not receive the files until you've paid off the adopt in full!

Chibi only payment plan !!

How to get an adopt !!

I mostly do auctioned adopts that I post on Toyhouse and discord. Sometimes they are Toxiskels and sometimes they are non-cs adopts.
Occasionally I do set prices as well.
