General Rules
Please read carefully below !!
✰ You must have a toyhouse for the OC that you're reselling/trading.✰ Please post your offers either on my toyhouse or in my discord server!✰ Do not allow vouchers for my art obtained through trades/gift, sorry!✰ If you are posting in my server, I do not allow posts on behalf of anyone! If your friend wants to sell/trade and not in my server, they can on my toyhouse !
✰ If you've turned one of my premades/adopts into an OC, you must resell/trade the whole OC with it not just my art.✰ I do a temp ban from reselling/trading if a person continues to keep breaking my resell/trade TOS so please, please read my TOS so this can be avoided.
No longer allowing people to state specific artists for trades
The reason is, while many state it without ill intentions, I also see some that do it to be petty after having a disagreement with me. just don't need that around my community anymore. I understand this may inconvenience some of you so my apologies but trying to make it a safe place for my mental health.You can put themes you're interested like, "looking for animated dps, cutesy ocs, horror ocs, boy/girl/non binary ocs, ocs with full body adopts, etc" but you will not be able to put a specific artist anymore when it comes to trades.
The only time you can put specific artist is if you're only looking to do peculiar swaps or Toxiskels! Linking a toyhouse favorites folder though is okay and saying No co owns is okay too!
Resells !!
Important !!
I reserve the right to question your price if I find things aren't adding up. I may require a lot of proof and screenshots. Having a toyhouse log would speed this up!
Pulling an attitude with me will only make me more suspicious of you so please do not get rude with me and remain respectful so that things can be handled quickly and smoothly. If you end up being extremely rude, I won't hesitate to kick you from my server so lets avoid all of that and work together.
● If you've been gifted/traded a piece, you can NOT resell it as this is wrong. Only trade/gift it.● You MUST DM me if you don't remember the original price.● Vouchers are okay for resells since you paid for it.
● You must sell it at the same price or lower than you bought it for, the only exception to this is if you have additional art you bought for the OC then you may increase the price within reason.

If I have directly gifted you a fully made adopt, you will be required to give it back to me if you don't want it anymore so that I can sell it fairly for the effort I put into it.
● Please be respectful with your offers!● May need to send proof of trade with a screenshot.● Do not accept money if you obtained it through trade/gift/freebie/artfight!● Trades/gifts have zero value so do not add a number to it.● Vouchers are not allowed!
● I do allow 3 way trades but I will be watching like a hawk to make sure it's not sus.● If it was a gift/freebie/artfight of your oc, then you will not be allowed to add value to it.

● If it's obtained through trade/resell/gift its 30+ days cooldown.● If you just bought a commission from me it's 60+ days to take offers.

MYO Tickets !!
There's not much rules for MYO tickets unlike my art.
You can accept money/trade/vouchers/offer art for, etc.● You must link your MYO ticket to accept offers on it. If you can't find it, you can dm me to help you!● For MYO tickets you don't need to be in the server to resell/trade them.
● MYOs have a 14 day cooldown before you can accept offers!● Person must confirm the transfer via the MYO ticket on deviantart. If they have no DA, you can contact me.

How to get an adopt !!
I mostly do auctioned adopts that I post on Toyhouse. Sometimes they are Toxiskels and sometimes they are non-cs adopts.
Occasionally I do set prices as well.

Extra info:
- Once you win the adopt you have 24 hours to pay for it.
- I use paypal only for invoices, I never allow holds.- All adoptables are non-refundable, no fake offers. Do not waste my time, do not guilt trip me either.- You're on cooldown(CD) for every other adopt(set price or auction, both apply) that are posted! **
- CD applies to co owners as well. You won't be able to co own if you're also on cooldown!- You can ask people to help you claim a set price adopt.
- I rotate with FTO as well (first time owner: meaning people who don't own a Toxi/adopt from me or have a limited amount.)- Sometimes they come with busts/extra art and sometimes not.
- I rarely allow changes. Always read all the info associated with each adopt I post.- Co owns are always allowed.
- Feel free to suggest themes, I'll add them to my considerations list!
Price info:
Set price stuff generally ranges between $150 to $350.
Auctions generally have no AB. If AB, it ranges between $500 to $1k.
Payment plans are mostly accepted with auctions with some exceptions and are unavailable for set price.For those who can't afford, I usually try to do free raffle custom adopts or free raffle premade designs whenever I can!Disclaimer:
A friendly reminder, for people not sure, this isn't free art anyone can take. The adopts I post always belong to a buyer once sold and you do not have permission to use.Do not redraw/copy/heavily reference/steal/trace/print my art or claim as your own. Doing so will result in me filing a DMCA against you. I also will take further measures if you continue to do it. I will not keep silent so you have been warned. Do not mess with me. I will protect my art at all costs.
What you will receive:
- Usually my adopts come with a full body (3k resolution) and an extra bust up + animated icon!Adopt TOS:
- By buying from me, you are agreeing to my terms.- You may give them a name, write your own story, change outfits, colors, etc. However, if it's a closed species, the traits can not be changed!

What are adoptables ?
- Adopts are designs that you can buy for your personal use!- They come in all forms, full body chibis, bust ups, pets, etc.- You can name them, give them a backstory, commission art of them, rp with them, etc.- Adopts are a great option if you're out of ideas, or you really like a certain design by an artist, want a closed species design, want a partner or friend for an existing OC, want a pet for an OC, or maybe it's just purely supporting an artist!- Never edit the artists' actual design without their consent! Never claim as your own either. Proper credit is very important!- If it's a closed species, always do your research on what's allowed because they always have their own rules on what you can and can't do with a CS design!
How do I get an adoptable ?
- You can find many across various platforms but deviantart has the biggest selection of them. You can find them through deviantart groups or simply by searching it by typing in adoptable or adopt!- They can either be in an auction or set price. If it's an auction, you gotta reply to the highest bidder in the comments section and wait until the time is up to win it.- If it's set price, you usually can just claim it right then and there.
